Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center is a master-planned campus, engineered for ease of access and convenience. Ten sky bridges will connect all parking and buildings on the campus, with an interior ring road for easy driving around and through the campus. Five, free covered parking garages also will be available.
Anchoring the medical center on the I-10 corridor will be the newly constructed Memorial Hermann Tower, a 33-story landmark hospital and physician tower. The tallest building west of the Galleria, it will feature:
- Retail shops and restaurants on the first floor lobby
- 10 floors of hospital space, including a Level 3 NICU, pediatrics unit, obstetrics and gynecology units, and oncology and medicine beds
- 10 floors of physician space
