Tips For a Happier Work Life
Even if you love your job, there are days
when problems arise. When work gets
you down, try these tactics:
- If you’re feeling overwhelmed, make a
list. Pick one pressing task and do it. Then
pick another. Checking items off may help
you feel good and motivate you to keep
going.
- Update your resume. You might be
pleasantly surprised at what you’ve
accomplished lately.
- Take a minibreak away from the office.
If you can’t leave the office, stop for 30
seconds. Stand up and stretch, and then
dive back in.
